School Programme

SUBJECT OVERVIEW

Students acquire advanced knowledge of complex of hospitality operations and improve their professional skills by using the most current equipment in foodservice and hospitality establishments. They gain knowledge of procedures, safety regulations and learn to value colleagues and work environment. Practical hands-on and theoretical training in all areas of hospitality provides students a firm foundation based upon knowledge of every department in a hospitality operation and solidifies the skills needed by hospitality professionals of tomorrow.

INSTRUCTIONAL APPROACH

Students select a company from the company network in the first study year. After determining the contractual obligations between the company, the school and the student, candidates start their externship to apply their newly acquired skills in the "real" world. Thus students have the opportunity to participate in externships where industry managers mentor them.
